The House

Nestled among trees, overlooking the lake, our cozy home has 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths, and sleeps 8 with pullout couch, 6 otherwise. There are also six beds in the summer porch - great for kids, and four beds in the unfinished basement, which are great if it's a warm evening. The house has oil heat, fireplace in main room, from and rear decks, phone, large TV, VCR, DVD, tape player and stereo. Wood is provided. The well-equipped kitchen has a new fridge in 2005, dishwaher, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans.

Six boats:

Fiberglass 14' canoe
13' 3-seat, 5-person aluminum v-hull fishing boat w/electric trolling motor & two batteries
2-person kayak (Perception Keowee III, very stable)
Kids' kayak (1-seat)
Sunfish
There's also a "Saroca" (www.saroca.com) (2004 - on trailer, as the canoe is a better canoe, the sunfish an easier sail, and the fishing boat better for rowing and fishing.)

Caveats:
No pets, alas (Andrew is a dog person; Tammy a cat person, but some of our renters have kids with asthma).
No smoking.
